I have lived in Davie, Florida the past 7 years teaching about Plant Anatomy at Broward Community College. I love living in Davie and homes are so affordable in general but especially compared to home prices on the cost of Florida. I actually just refinanced my mortgage to a rate lower than I got when I bought my home 7 years ago.
I refinanced to a 4.25% mortgage rate down from a rate of 6.75% saving a couple hundred of dollars a month. I found a lender by searching for “mortgage rates today” in google and the first website had a list of current mortgage rates from many lenders.
If you haven’t heard of Davie is it home to over 90,000 residents who live across 35 square miles in central Broward County. There are many nationally known colleges, technical institutes, and universities.
The Miami Dolphins practice at Nova Southeastern University so if you’re a Dolphins fan and if you live in south Florida you better be you can watch the team practice.
